2014 Track Nationals Recap - by I. MacNeill

The Western Collegiate Cycling Conference put on a strong performance in Marian, Indiana for the USAC 2014 Collegiate Track National Championships.
Eric Geier (UCSD) is sporting some some stars and stripes after his winning a National Championship title in the match sprints. He also earned a podium spot in the Kilometer TT. At the same time Colleen Gulick (CSU Fullerton) earned 4 podium spots in the Points Race (3rd), 500 m TT (4th), Scratch Race (4th), and Individual Pursuit (5th).
Also notable in the team results, the UCSD women earned a 5th place medal in the Team Pursuit, and UCSD placed 7th in the team omnium. CSU Fullerton placed 9th. Many other riders helped to earn the team points. You can see the complete results at USAC National Site
